Great ride out today with Nacho. Covered 100km , some hills, and a pleasant breeze , that we always seemed to be riding into. Never hurried or pressured, an amazing ride. Bike was top quality. This is the 3rd time I have ridden with the Papagayo bike guys and it won’t be my last. Quality, professional these are the best bike guys on Lanzarote

Une journée VTT au top avec notre guide Nacho. Des découvertes, plein d'explications, et un super parcours autour des vignes et des volcans. Une pause bien méritée dans le village de Mancha Blanca pour se rafraîchir et manger. Je recommande sans hésiter cette activité, pour découvrir l'île autrement. Merci beaucoup Nacho !

Je viens depuis plusieurs années (15 jours a playa blanca) et je réserve mon vélo 3 semaines avant de venir (Carbon + ultegra ) . Très bon acceuil et vélo toujours préparé. Les vélos sont récents et de très bonne qualité. Pas de soucis de langue pour les Français avec un Anglais approximatif ;) les vendeurs parlent Français. je conseille sans réserve.

Sin dudar recomendaría a estos profesionales, trato excelente, bicicleta perfecta, y conocimiento de las carreteras de la isla. He tenido la suerte de salir de ruta con ellos y en todo momento me he sentido como en casa, siempre pendiente, ritmo acorde a mi nivel, pendiente de que tuviese sales, geles o barritas. Sin duda repetiré en mi próxima visita a Lanzarote. Gracias Nacho

Vielen Dank an das Papagayo Bike Team! Mein 13 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten vom 15.07.2020 bis zum 17.07.2020 zwei Fully MTB`s geliehen. Ein Specialized und ein Berria Carbon MTB. Die Räder wurden uns kostenlos am 15.07. um 08:30 Uhr an der Unterkunft angeliefert und am 18.07. um 08:30 Uhr wieder abgeholt. Wir hatten also die Bikes volle 3 Tage. Super Service! Am dritten Tag löste sich bei mir der Sattel. Aber kein Problem. Ein Anruf und der Service Mechaniker kam 15 Minuten später zur Strecke, an der wir gerade waren. In Sachen Service und Preis/Leistung kann ich Papagayo Bike auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

A little nervous booking a guided tour. I was assured I’d be fine. Well after a challenging 3hr ride covering 70km ( not flat ). I was fine.
I found the owner/staff very pleasant and professional. The bike/equipment were in excellent order.
As riders everyone is catered for.
Very highly recommended.

J’ai vraiment été ravi de mon excursion. (Grand parcours). Notre guide a vraiment été à la hauteur, autant sur le plan sportif que connaissance de l’ile. La variété du parcours ainsi que les paysages ont été splendides.
Concernant la location, un accueil vraiment sympa, une réservation efficace avec un choix de matériels importants.

El trato y atención fueron magníficos.
No teníamos muchos conocimientos sobre qué tipo de bicicleta escoger para hacer una ruta en familia, y la gestión que hicieron fue genial. Hasta el peque disfrutó de la salida en bici.
Sin duda, volveremos a contar con ustedes en las próximas vacaciones.

Pre-booked full carbon road bike before arriving. Bike was in great condition and ready to go at 0900hrs when the shop opened. As I had bought my own saddle and pedals they quickly swapped them over and set the bike up with the dimensions I had bought with me from my own bike. Fantastic friendly service. The rides are great and the head wind really works you hard. Highly recommended.

En primer lugar dar las gracias por hacer la reserva por email y excelente comunicación.
Y luego dar las gracias al guía por excelente ruta de btt.
Atento en todo momento del grupo, esperando por el último. Explicando durante toda la ruta de aspectos relativos a la isla.
Por último las bicicletas de muy buena calidad y bien ajustadas a cada persona. Muy recomendable.

Could not recommend enough, bike was ready for me to collect at the day and time agreed, was given great advise on routes to try , also went on a guided road ride which I totally recommend, saw parts of the island that I probably would not have. Will definitely be using these guys again, all the staff were great, very professional and friendly
